LMS loco whistle Ex 44358

Superb London Midland & Scottish Railway, locomotive whistle in original ex-locomotive condition. Ex Fowler 0.6.0. No. 44358, built for the SDJR to Midland design 01.1927. Scrapped Arnott Young, Troon 31.07.1967. It is very scarce these days to find an un-restored steam whistle with the aged patina representative of the distressed condition many locomotives ended their long railway careers. A very sentimental item nicely displayed on solid Oak base.
