GWR reproduction Loco nameplate Lady Superior

A full-size reproduction GWR ‘Saint’ Class 4-6-0 steam locomotive No.2901 Lady Superior nameplate. Lovely build quality, manufactured by Skill Craft.
Designed by CME George Churchward, the 2900’s were a successful class that established the design principles for GWR two-cylinder loco classes for the next 50 years. No.2901 was built at Swindon Works in May 1906 and was the first British loco to be built with a modern Schmidt Superheater boiler.
Loco withdrawn April 1933.
